Good for Spence. Spence’s move means he gets a $25,000 pay raise to go issue press releases about feel-good things like tax credits for orphans and the disabled. In a year or so, if he chooses to do so, he’ll be able to move to the private sector and make a lot more money than he’s made so far. Good for him.

Good for them. I hate to repeat myself, but seriously: why are these people allowed anywhere near a ballot box?

Good for us. One less excuse for us to roll our eyes at on the morning of Nov. 8.
